Manage $2.8 Million project for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg launch centers that oversee the EELV program of the Atlas V and Delta IV programs for the NRO, 4th SLS and 5th SLS. Key elements include extensive management of unclassified, classified and SCI signaling in common to SCIF environments and collaborative tools and includes three 250 SF video walls.
·Member of design team and Field Engineer of the Special Operations Command and Control Network Operations Security, to include extensive switching of unclassified, classified and SCI signaling in common to SCIF environments and extensive multi-network KVM system.
·Project Team Lead for Command and Control Transaction Monitoring Center that manages concurrent monitoring from 52 IBM Servers. IP KVM connects console operators to the resources for control. Design allows for expansion beyond 100 display servers.

·Managed and administrated two multi-server Local Area Networks at Cheyenne Mountain Air Station consisting of 840 users valued at $1.8 Million. Developed network administration troubleshooting guide and critical process flowcharts as task reference guides to standardize technician trouble-shooting steps and expedite restoration of network outages. Reduced trouble diagnosis times by 20% and tripled the effectiveness of the least experienced technician. Decreased time to restore network services by 60%.
